Can anyone suggest a plumber? We have that annoying leaking toilet seal problem so we need someone in to fix it...

@ TroJake - Have you tried fixing it yourself? I had the same problem and went to Trudell's and explained what was happening. They sold me the replacement parts (for less than $20, if I remember correctly). This is a very common problem. I followed the directions/pictures on the "kit", and that solved my runny toilet. Definitely less expensive than a plumber.

Yes if it is just a leaking seal.. it is easy!! I just did it. 9.99 from preston hardware. Just turn the water off at back of toiled. Then unhook the rubber sides of the thing. Undo the metal chain from handle thing. Bring to store to show them. Reverse to put back on! EASY!!!! 10$!!!!

And fixing these leaking little thrones saves ALL EM3 owners money by reducing water usage. As Martha Stewart would say, "It's a good thing!"
